Luke Schlim, Owner and Founder of Chophouse 363, has brought a high-end dining experience to Chino, California. It truly is a "Chop Above the Rest". Born and raised in Southern California, Luke has had the opportunity to visit some of the most exquisite dining across the world.

Like all of his founded companies, Luke saw an opportunity, and using his creativity along with his fire for entrepreneurship, Chophouse 363 was born. The idea behind Chophouse 363 was simple: to create a high-end dining experience with a family oriented atmosphere.

Chophouse 363 has accomplished tremendous growth within its limited lifespan, which quickly lead to taking the experience on the road.
